紫陽花の咲き終わった後に行った三室戸寺
京阪電鉄宇治線は平等院鳳凰堂訪問時に利用していますが、一つ手前の三室戸駅で降りたのは初めてでした。西国観音霊場10番の札所、明星山 三室戸寺（本山修験宗）へは坂道を登っていくことになります。
受付から山門、そこから石庭、そして本堂へは長い道で隔たっていて登りが続きます。これも修行なのかと思いながら歩を進めていきます。ここは紫陽花で有名なお寺で、その季節になると電車の中吊りや駅のポスターでよく見かけました。
お子さんの病気平癒祈願
人出はあまり多くありませんが、私の他に1組のご家族が来られていました。お父さん、お母さんが、車いすに乗ったお子さんと一緒でした。納経所で前後した時に判明しましたが、既に多くのお寺を回られてきたようで、たくさんの御朱印が押されているのが見えました。
多分、お子さんの病気平癒を祈願されているのでしょう。いろいろな思いの方が、今もお参りされているのを見て、私も気持ちを新たにしました。御本尊は秘仏のため、今回は残念ながら拝見するには至りませんでしたが、本堂外側よりお参りいたしました。
勝運の牛
本堂の前には、「勝運の牛」が鎮座していて、口の中にある玉をさわると勝運がつくとのことで、すぐに俗なことをしてしまいました。隣には「福徳兎」もいます。お寺も参拝客を楽しませる工夫に余念がないようです。（完）

Mimurotoji Temple (English)
Mimurotoji Temple, where I went after the hydrangeas had finished blooming.
I have used the Keihan Electric Railway Uji Line when I visited Byodoin Phoenix Hall, but this was the first time I got off at Mimuroto Station. To get to Myojozan Mimurotoji Temple (Honzan Shugenshu), the tenth temple of the western Japan Kannon temples, I had to climb a slope.
From the reception area to the gate, from there to the stone garden, and then to the main hall, there was a long road that separated the two, and the climb continued. I wondered if this was part of the ascetic practice as I walked along. This temple is famous for its hydrangeas, and I often saw them on train hanging advertisement and posters at the station during the season.
Prayers for the healing of their child’s illness
The crowd was not very large, but there was one other family there besides me. They were a father and mother with a child in a wheelchair. It turned out that they had already visited many temples and had many red seals stamped on them, as I found out when I went back and forth at the sutra collection point.
Perhaps they were praying for the healing of their children’s illnesses. Seeing that people of all kinds of feelings were still visiting the temple, I felt renewed. Unfortunately, I could not see the main statue of this temple this time because it is a secret Buddha, but I prayed from outside the main hall.
Cow of Victory
The “Cow of Victory” sits in front of the main hall, and I immediately did the mundane thing of touching the ball in its mouth, which I was told would bring me victory. There is also a “Lucky Rabbit” next to it. The temple seems to have a lot of ideas to entertain the visitors. (End)
Temple Mimurotoji (Français)
Le temple Mimurotoji, où je suis allé après que les hortensias aient fini de fleurir.
J’ai déjà utilisé la ligne Keihan Electric Railway Uji lorsque j’ai visité le temple Byodoin Phoenix, mais c’était la première fois que je descendais à la gare de Mimuroto. Pour me rendre au temple Myojozan Mimurotoji (Honzan Shugenshu), le dixième temple des temples Kannon de l’ouest du Japon, j’ai dû grimper une pente.
De la réception à la porte, de là au jardin de pierre, puis à la salle principale, une longue route séparait les deux, et la montée continuait. Je me suis demandé si cela faisait partie de la pratique ascétique tout en marchant. Ce temple est célèbre pour ses hortensias, et je les ai souvent vus sur les publicités et les affiches suspendues des trains à la gare pendant la saison.
Prières pour la guérison de la maladie de leur enfant
La foule n’était pas très nombreuse, mais il y avait une autre famille en plus de moi. Il s’agissait d’un père et d’une mère avec un enfant en fauteuil roulant. Il s’est avéré qu’ils avaient déjà visité de nombreux temples et avaient de nombreux
Peut-être priaient-ils pour la guérison de la maladie de leurs enfants. En voyant que des personnes de toutes sortes de sentiments continuaient à visiter le temple, je me suis sentie renouvelée. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu voir la statue principale de ce temple cette fois-ci, car c’est un Bouddha secret, mais j’ai prié depuis l’extérieur de la salle principale.
Vache de la victoire
La “vache de la victoire” se trouve devant le hall principal, et j’ai immédiatement fait la chose banale de toucher la balle dans sa bouche, ce qui, m’a-t-on dit, m’apporterait la victoire. Il y a aussi un “lapin chanceux” à côté. Le temple semble avoir beaucoup d’idées pour divertir les visiteurs. (Fin)
