前回、神戸牛の弁当で失敗したため、今回の東京出張では気を取り直して、新たな牛めし弁当を開拓したいと思っていました。兵庫県のブランド牛でリベンジとしたく、但馬牛の牛めし弁当を購入しました。価格は税込で1,180円。コクみそ味ということで期待できそうです。

今回の新幹線移動では、11時から始まる1時間のWebセミナーと時間が重なったため、セミナーを聞きながらお弁当をいただくことになりました。紙の包装を外すと、弁当の中身が見えてきます。牛めしには、茹で卵の半分とキャベツのおひたし、香の物が添えられています。

セミナーを聞きながらなので、食べることに集中できないのですが、コクのある味噌で味付けられた但馬牛は薄切りであるので、歯切れもよく、食べやす買ったです。味ももちろん、今回は勝利。”当たり”でした。味噌味だと、どうしても濃い味になって、食べ終わる頃には食傷気味になるのですが、今回はそういうこともなく、最後までおいしく食べることができました。

紙のパッケージをよくみると、アレルギー品目のサバが何らかの形で使用されているようです。私は小さい時からサバを食べる蕁麻疹が出るアレルギー体質なのですが、最近は、サバ出しのラーメンぐらいであれば問題なく食べられるようになりました。今回の弁当では、おそらく、サバは出汁として使われている程度でしょう。食後も、体が痒くなることもなく無事に過ごせました。（完）

Maneki Foods Corporation “Kokumiso Tajima Beef Bento”

Having failed with a Kobe beef bento last time, I wanted to get back on track and explore new beef rice bento on this business trip to Tokyo. I wanted to take revenge with Hyogo Prefecture’s brand beef, so I purchased the Tajima Beef Bento. The price was 1,180 yen including tax. The beef is flavored with a rich miso paste, so it looked very promising.

Since the time of this Shinkansen trip coincided with the one-hour webinar starting at 11:00 a.m., I had to have a boxed lunch while listening to the seminar. Removing the paper wrapping reveals the contents of the bento. Beef rice was served with half a boiled egg, boiled cabbage, and a side dish of pickled vegetables.

Since I was listening to the seminar, I couldn’t concentrate on eating, but the Tajima beef, seasoned with rich miso, was thinly sliced, so it was easy to eat. The taste, of course, was a winner this time.” It was a “winner.” Miso flavored beef tends to have a strong taste, and by the time I finish it, I am a bit sick of it, but this was not the case this time, and I was able to enjoy it all the way through.

Looking closely at the paper package, it seems that mackerel, an allergenic item, was used in some form. I have been allergic to mackerel since I was a small child, which causes urticaria, but recently I have been able to eat only ramen noodles with mackerel soup stock without any problem. In this bento, mackerel was probably only used as a soup stock. After the meal, I did not feel itchy and was able to stay without any problem. (End)

Ayant échoué avec un bento de bœuf de Kobe la dernière fois, je voulais me reprendre et explorer de nouveaux bento de riz au bœuf lors de ce voyage d’affaires à Tokyo. Je voulais prendre ma revanche avec le bœuf de marque de la préfecture de Hyogo, j’ai donc acheté le Tajima Beef Bento. Le prix était de 1 180 yens, taxes comprises. Le bœuf est aromatisé avec une riche pâte miso, il semblait donc très prometteur.

Comme l’heure de ce voyage en Shinkansen coïncidait avec le webinaire d’une heure qui commençait à 11 heures, j’ai dû prendre une boîte à lunch tout en écoutant le séminaire. En retirant le papier d’emballage, on découvre le contenu du bento. Le riz au bœuf était servi avec un demi-œuf dur, du chou dur et un accompagnement de légumes marinés.

Comme j’écoutais le séminaire, je ne pouvais pas me concentrer sur le repas, mais le bœuf de Tajima, assaisonné d’un riche miso, était finement tranché, donc facile à manger. Le goût, bien sûr, était un gagnant cette fois.” C’était un “gagnant”. Le bœuf aromatisé au miso a tendance à avoir un goût fort, et au moment où je le termine, j’en ai un peu marre, mais ce n’était pas le cas cette fois, et j’ai pu l’apprécier tout du long.

En regardant de près l’emballage en papier, il semble que le maquereau, un produit allergène, ait été utilisé sous une forme ou une autre. Je suis allergique au maquereau depuis mon plus jeune âge, ce qui provoque de l’urticaire, mais récemment, j’ai pu manger sans problème des nouilles ramen avec du bouillon de soupe au maquereau. Dans ce bento, le maquereau n’a probablement été utilisé que comme bouillon de soupe. Après le repas, je n’ai pas ressenti de démangeaisons et j’ai pu rester sans problème. (Fin)
