（株）日本ばし大増 まぐろいくら弁当
東京から大阪へ帰る際に、このお弁当を買いました。昨年から東京出張が増え、１年ほど前に初めて買ったのが縁で、しばらく大阪へ向かう新幹線の中で食べる定番の弁当になっていました。今回は、久々に食べてみたくなり買いました。
弁当のパッケージには、「辛味の効いた漬けまぐろといくらの醤油漬けを酢飯に盛り付けました」と買いてあります。大きなまぐろのイラストと粒の大きないくらのイラストが目立っています。大体、パッケージと中身にギャップがあることが多いのですが、中身を取り出してみると、錦糸卵が左上にある以外は、一面にまぐろといくらが広がっています。
「わさび風味」なので、生わさびのようなわさびが載せてあります。食べてみると美味しいですね。まぐろもいくらも醤油の味がよく染みこんでいます。値段は消費税込みで１,400円ですが、ご飯の量が少なめなのは、少し残念です。
最近は、弁当を食べる前にサラダを食べるようにしています。今のお気に入りは、白菜のシーザーサラダです。お弁当だけだと、どうしても野菜が少なくなるので、バランスを取ることが必要ですね。今回の駅弁にも満足することができました。おすすめです。（完）

Nihonbashi Omasu Corporation Tuna and salmon roe lunch box
I bought this bento on my way back to Osaka from Tokyo. Since last year, I have been traveling to Tokyo more often and bought this bento for the first time about a year ago, and it had become my regular bento to eat on the Shinkansen train to Osaka for a while. This time, I wanted to try it again after a long time, so I bought it.
The package of the lunch box says, “Spicy pickled tuna and salmon roe in soy sauce served on a bed of vinegared rice.” The illustration of a large piece of tuna and a large grain of salmon roe stand out. There is usually a gap between the package and the contents, but when you take out the contents, the tuna and salmon roe are spread all over, except for the thinly-sliced egg in the upper left corner.
It’s “wasabi flavored,” so it has wasabi on it, like fresh wasabi. It is delicious when you try it. Both the tuna and salmon roe are well seasoned with soy sauce. The price is 1,400 yen including consumption tax, but it is a little disappointing that the amount of rice is so small.
Lately, I have been trying to eat a salad before I eat my bento. My current favorite is a Caesar salad with Chinese cabbage. When I eat only bento, I tend to eat less vegetables, so I need to keep a good balance. I was satisfied with this ekiben. Highly recommended. (End)
Nihonbashi Omasu Corporation Boîte à lunch au thon et aux œufs de saumon
J’ai acheté ce bento sur mon chemin de retour de Tokyo à Osaka. Depuis l’année dernière, je voyage plus souvent à Tokyo et j’ai acheté ce bento pour la première fois il y a environ un an, et il était devenu mon bento habituel à manger dans le train Shinkansen pour Osaka pendant un certain temps. Cette fois-ci, je voulais le goûter à nouveau après une longue période, alors je l’ai acheté.
L’emballage de la boîte à lunch indique : “Thon mariné épicé et œufs de saumon à la sauce soja servis sur un lit de riz vinaigré.” L’illustration d’un gros morceau de thon et d’un gros grain d’œufs de saumon se détache. Il y a généralement un espace entre l’emballage et le contenu, mais lorsque vous sortez le contenu, le thon et les œufs de saumon sont éparpillés partout, à l’exception de l’œuf finement tranché dans le coin supérieur gauche.
Il est “aromatisé au wasabi”, donc il y a du wasabi dessus, comme du wasabi frais. C’est délicieux quand on le goûte. Les œufs de thon et de saumon sont bien assaisonnés avec de la sauce soja. Le prix est de 1 400 yens, taxe de consommation comprise, mais il est un peu décevant que la quantité de riz soit si petite.
Dernièrement, j’ai essayé de manger une salade avant de manger mon bento. Ma préférée du moment est une salade César avec du chou chinois. Quand je ne mange que des bento, j’ai tendance à manger moins de légumes, donc je dois garder un bon équilibre. J’ai été satisfait de cet ekiben. Hautement recommandé. (Fin)
