商店街を抜けて進むと古墳に遭遇
地元企業さんへの研修プログラムを毎年行っていますが、藤井寺市の地元の歴史を学ぶ内容を作るため、下見に行ったことがあります。その際に、今回紹介する仲哀天皇陵（岡ミサンザイ古墳）を初めて訪れました。駅前の商店街を通り抜けてさらに進むと、道路沿いに柵があり、その向こうに堀と樹木に覆われた御陵が見えます。
フォルムを見て鍵穴型をイメージできる
ここも天皇陵として宮内庁管理ですので立ち入ることができませんが、南端の部分には柵がめぐらされていないので、古墳の姿を障害物なしで見ることができます。前方後円の方の形の角の所（南西の部分）から、北側と東側を見ることができ、それぞれの形から、頭の中で、鍵穴型のイメージが湧いてきます。
仁徳天皇陵や応神天皇陵は、大きすぎて、どこを見ても巨大な墳墓の一部しか視界に入らず、全体像をイメージしづらいのですが、この仲哀天皇陵は、全体像をイメージできる古墳です。円形と方形の接続部分のくびれを肉眼で確認できますので、古墳を見たと実感できます。また、晴れた青空の下で見たことがプラス要因かも知れませんが、美しい形を認識できます。
誰か古墳に立ち入っているようです
南側の中央部分には遙拝所があり、お参りをしました。そこから御陵を見ると、御陵に小さな船が着岸しているのが見えます。時々、管理点検が行われていると聞いていましたが、このように堀を渡っているのを確認できました。この御陵はかつて、城郭としても使用されたため、現在は樹木に覆われて見えないのですが、本来の姿を大きく崩しているそうです。
御陵の東南部分から北側を見ますと、くびれの形を再度確認することができます。人によって美意識が異なるので、万人に当てはまるとは言いませんが、この仲哀天皇陵の美しいフォルムは、古墳の愉しみ方を今一つつかみきれない人にとっても、見ているだけで美しいと思えるものではないかと感じました。（完）

Mausoleum of Emperor Chuai
We conduct a training program for local companies every year, and in order to create content for learning about the local history of Fujiidera City, we once went on a preliminary inspection. On that occasion, I visited for the first time the mausoleum of Emperor Chuai (Okamisanzai Kofun), which I would like to introduce. Further on through the shopping street in front of the station, there is a fence along the road, beyond which you can see the moat and the mausoleum, which is covered by trees.
This is also an emperor’s mausoleum and is administered by the Imperial Household Agency, so it is inaccessible to visitors. However, the southern end of the tomb is not fenced off, so visitors can see the tomb without any obstructions. The north and east sides of the tomb can be seen from the corner (southwest part) of the antero-circular shape, and each shape gives an image of a keyhole shape in your mind.
The Nintoku-tennō-ryō and Ojin-tennō-ryō are so large that it is difficult to visualize the whole image of the huge tombs, but the Chuai-tennō-ryō is an ancient tomb where you can visualize the whole image. However, the Emperor Nakai’s Mausoleum is a burial mound that allows visitors to visualize the entire tomb. Also, the fact that we saw it under a clear blue sky may be a positive factor, but we can recognize the beautiful shape of the tomb.
In the center of the south side, there is a far-off place of worship, where we paid our respects. Looking at the mausoleum from there, you can see a small boat landing at the mausoleum. We were told that management inspections are conducted from time to time, but we were able to confirm that they were crossing the moat in this way. The mausoleum was once used as a fortress, and although it is now covered by trees and not visible, it is said to be greatly disfigured from its original appearance.
Looking north from the southeast part of the mausoleum, the shape of the neck can be seen again. I do not claim that this is the case for everyone, since everyone has a different sense of beauty, but I felt that the beautiful form of the mausoleum of Emperor Chuai is something that even those who have yet to fully grasp the pleasures of ancient tombs can find beautiful just by looking at it. Mausolée de l’empereur Chuai
Chaque année, nous organisons un programme de formation pour les entreprises locales et, afin de créer du contenu pour l’apprentissage de l’histoire locale de la ville de Fujiidera, nous avons une fois effectué une inspection préliminaire. À cette occasion, j’ai visité pour la première fois le mausolée de l’empereur Chuai (Okamisanzai Kofun), que je voudrais vous présenter. Plus loin dans la rue commerçante devant la gare, il y a une clôture le long de la route, au-delà de laquelle on peut voir les douves et le mausolée, qui est couvert d’arbres.
Il s’agit également d’un mausolée d’empereur et il est administré par l’Agence de la maison impériale, il est donc inaccessible aux visiteurs. Cependant, l’extrémité sud du tombeau n’est pas clôturée, ce qui permet aux visiteurs de voir le tombeau sans aucun obstacle. Les côtés nord et est de la tombe peuvent être vus depuis le coin (partie sud-ouest) de la forme antéro-circulaire, et chaque forme donne l’image d’un trou de serrure dans votre esprit.
Le Nintoku-tennō-ryō et l’Ojin-tennō-ryō sont si grands qu’il est difficile de visualiser l’image entière de ces immenses tombes, mais le Chuai-tennō-ryō est une tombe ancienne où l’on peut visualiser l’image entière. Cependant, le mausolée de l’empereur Nakai est un tumulus qui permet aux visiteurs de visualiser l’ensemble de la tombe. De plus, le fait que nous l’ayons vu sous un ciel bleu clair peut être un facteur positif, mais nous pouvons reconnaître la belle forme de la tombe.
Au centre du côté sud, il y a un lieu de culte éloigné, où nous avons présenté nos respects. En regardant le mausolée de là, on peut voir un petit bateau qui accoste au mausolée. On nous a dit que des inspections de la direction étaient effectuées de temps en temps, mais nous avons pu confirmer qu’ils traversaient les douves de cette façon. Le mausolée servait autrefois de forteresse et, bien qu’il soit aujourd’hui recouvert d’arbres et non visible, on dit qu’il est très défiguré par rapport à son apparence d’origine.
En regardant vers le nord depuis la partie sud-est du mausolée, la forme du cou est à nouveau visible. Je ne prétends pas que c’est le cas pour tout le monde, puisque chacun a un sens différent de la beauté, mais j’ai senti que la belle forme du mausolée de l’empereur Chuai est quelque chose que même ceux qui n’ont pas encore pleinement saisi les plaisirs des tombes anciennes peuvent trouver beau juste en le regardant.
